Celtic Miniatures Luck of the Irish 04/13/07 Lucky was born unexpectedly on Friday the 13th. Of course, it was a rainy, cold morning and he was shivering when we found him. He's now grown into quite the little yearling stallion. Lucky took Supreme halter at his first show judged by an AMHA National judge. I can't wait to see how he does next season! He's also changing colors, so who knows what he'll look like come spring! CLICK ON HIS PICTURE FOR MORE PICTURES AND INFO ON LUCKY!

River Trails Irish Legend 2003 Irish is a wonderful 5 year old palomino stallion. He is also Lucky's uncle. He has been a wonderful addition to our farm but is ready to be a herd stallion or gelding for some one else. For more information please see the For Sale page.

MTF Smokey Bandit 2006 Bandit is owned by Mountain Top Farm in Ancramdale NY. He and I enjoyed 2 show seasons before he went home to enjoy being a stallion. Please contact Mountain Top Farm for more info about Bandit or other horses they own.

This is our daughter, Erin, and my nephew, William, at a benefit show in Old Chatham NY. Willow is a wonderful starter horse for kids! She took right to the saddle and driving cart.

MTF Legacy's Briar Rose 2007 Princess is also owned by Mountain Top Farm. Princess and I teamed up for a wonderful year of competition. With that color- how can you Not do well! Please contact Mountain Top Farm for more information on Princess or any other horses they own.

Rainbow Acres Thursday's Child ~1992 Thrusday was one of the last horses that I handled for Rainbow Acres. I worked with the horses from Rainbow Acres for the first six years I handled minis. Thrusday and I had a lot of fun in Rhode Island!

Our daughter, Erin (last on the right) is a HUGE Harry Potter fan. So, this was our costume for the 2006 season. Willow was so tolerant in her Buckbeak costume- she couldn't even see out of it! She would follow us around the ring blindly for as long as the class lasted- just following our voice cues!

MTF Sneak Preview 2007 Sneakers is our latest addition to the farm. He is a wonderful yearling colt- real competition for Lucky! He keeps getting more color (heavily appaloosa bred!) so I can't wait for spring clipping. It's going to be like Christmas in April!

River Trails Kiss Me IM Irish 2003 Kate is one of the most stunning silver dapples I've ever seen. In fact, this is only after two clippings! After about 4-5 she is just striking. Kate is Lucky's mom and Irish's half sister (on the sire side). She is now happily living with the Smith family in northern NY where she recently had a silver dapple filly.
Point of view Sweet Creme and Erin at an AMHA show in NH earlier this year. Erin and Sweetie really hit it off and often did well in the ring together. Sweetie is a wonderful cremello filly with ice blue eyes. She is proudly owned by Point of View Farm. Please contact them directly for any additional information about her.

Wind Flights Rose Bay Willow 1999 Willow is really showing off at a Liberty class at Little Brook Farm. She really enjoys this class!

MTF Legacys Briar Rose & Point of view Farms Sweet Creme 2007 These girls were best of friends for the 2008 show season. They often shared a stall at the shows, giving moral support to each other. Please see their owners' websites via the links page for additional information about either of them.

Cinder Oaks Celtic Moon Dancer 1998 Danny has been with us the longest. He was Cristal's first horse of her own. He has travelled with us throughout the US as the Army has sent us from state to state. He was born at Cinder Oaks Farm in Texas and has been ours since 1999. Here he is at the Saratoga Race Track showing those Thoroughbred people what a mini is really about. Not bad considering he hadn't seen a show ring in 3-4 years and was straight out of the pasture! Danny has a special place at Celtic Miniature and will never leave us until the Rainbow Bridge calls him. He is very smart and has been to several events including: being a mane (excuse the pun!) attraction in a play about PT Barnum. He often comes inside to explore wherever we are. He really is a stinker though! He can get out of just about anything and even knows how to roll under full size panels!
